The Canon EF was an evolution in their TTL SLR line up, a step below the F1. The main features of this model are the ability to have an auto mode for shutter priority, in camera double exposures, a battery check light, battery powered long shutter speeds, and a 3200 ASA top speed. The viewfinder shows both shutter speed and aperture settings, and depending on the year may have a micro prism or a split screen viewfinder.
This is a nice camera to work with, and it has a good set of features as a creative tool. They only came in black paint which has a premium aesthetic in my opinion.
